[Anveo] Vanity Toll-Free Number to Anveo - Steps?

So from what i understand, Anveo does not offer Vanity numbers.
So far i have requested 3 Toll Free numbers to be registered from CallCentric (waiting reply).

Can i also go to a site like 800forall and register the number there and port to Anveo? Is it really that simple?

How do i know which resprog to trust? Which one is the cheapest one with quick turn around time?
